Upon researching for your exam, unfortunately we have been unable to locate your Certification information. So that we may better assist, and ensure that your Certificate is sent out right away, please provide us with the following information (as much as possible!):
Please fax or scan a copy of your exam confirmation or score report (if faxing, please send to 425.708.4716 Attn MBS Cert)
If this document is not available, please provide the passing dates (without the other info available, I'm afraid this will have to be the exact passing date), the testing center where you had taken it, as well as the exact student name filled out on the exam, and we will research as much as possible with our Systems Group to try and locate this.
Please provide the shipping address where you would like your Certificate to be mailed to once we get the information updated
Also, if you are with an MBS Partner please provide the following as well:

The authorized or account number of your company
Your full company name
Please also be sure that you have a profile set up under your company's account in Voice (if you do not know how to set this up, you can contact your company's Voice administrator or our Voice Team at voice@microsoft.com)

Я, например, не сохранил Score R-t. Поэтому позвонил туда, где сдавал и мне сообщили мой NAV ID.
