Conceptualization: understanding the problem
The first major step in the development process is to realize exactly what the problem to be solved is really about. These first thoughts give you valuable information about the purpose of the application. Another valuable source of information is the end users that are going to use the application. It is always a good idea to involve the end users at an early stage of the development process to make sure that your application solves the correct problem.
